Boy Struggling with Cancer Gets Special Surprise from His Father during the San Diego International Comic-con

A 12-year-old boy from New Jersey named John who Struggled with rare cancer known as Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) got a special surprise from his father during the San Diego International Comic-Con.
This year, John’s birthday is the same day with the last day of San Diego International Comic-Con. His father use HDML-Cloner Box Pro to record the whole Star Trek TV series and save them all to a USB memory stick. Then give his son as a birthday present. As a crazy fans of John Star Trek, John extended his arms as soon as he opened the present, and gave his father a warm hug.

John has spent nearly two years battling cancer. When he was diagnosed with cancer, it was an overwhelming realization for him and the whole family. Shock, followed by depression are normal, but then they were ready to take the reins and discover what type of treatment would be best for them.

John began to fond of Star Trek at eight. When first watch Star Trek, he was attracted by the amazing plot and vivid characters and became a big fan of Star Trek TV series, movies and games. Since diagnosis over two years ago, however, during the treatment in hospital, he is not able to watch Star Trek as usual. This year, John’s big wish is to watch Star Trek Beyond World Premiere at San Diego International Comic-Con. His father decided to give John a surprise.

“It’s just been incredibly uplifting to be able to experience a trip like Star Trek and be free from everything John has been going through," his mother said. "And to make John’s wish come true, his father could do everything for this world."
